Product and performance quality are specified in the corporate principles of kurtz ersa as an integral part of the corporate policy. "Our products and performance are to convince by high quality".

The corporate policy of the kurtz ersa Group, its organization, documents and documentations are described and explained in a managerial handbook which consists of several parts. It is binding for all companies and business segments of the kurtz ersa Group.

The management system is based on the standards ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001, ONR 49000 ff.
